I understand that boating carries inherent risks, and I assume full responsibility for my safety and the safety of any accompanying guests.

I agree to follow all instructions given by RCM Sales staff during the water test.

I release RCM Sales, its employees, and affiliates from any liability for injury, loss, or damage that may occur during or as a result of the water test.
