RCM Marine Introduces the 1st Pontoon Poker Poker 2025
On Saturday the 6th of September, pontoons of every size and style gathered on the Gold Coast for something brand new: the Pontoon Poker Party. It wasn’t just a day on the water, it was a celebration of boating, family, and community. Dozens of pontoons cruised from stop to stop, collecting cards and chasing the top poker hand, with prizes valued at over $5,000 up for grabs.
From the first coffee of the morning to the last card drawn at Sovereign Island Marina, the Broadwater came alive with laughter, cruising, and friendly competition. How the Poker Run Worked
The plan for the was simple but exciting:
- Start with a boost: Every registered team was welcomed with complimentary coffee and a team pack at the starting location. Where we also did a quick briefing of the day.
- Five-card journey: Boats cruised to five different card stops across the Broadwater, collecting their hand along the way.
- Lunch at Tipplers: Halfway through, crews pulled up for a social refuel at Tipplers Café, one of the Gold Coast’s favourite boating spots where the 3rd card was also given.
- The big reveal: The final stop was at Sovereign Island Marina, where everyone rafted up to see which team held the best poker hand.
Top three hands took home prizes worth more than $5,000, but the real win was the sense of connection on the water.
